Please note, that the price listed for the glassware is for (1) glass/ mug/ champagne flute/ etc., unless otherwise noted. This allows you to mix and match the glasses to your specific needs and wants. If ordering custom colors please, 'add a note' on the checkout page of the colors you would like. If I have any questions about your color choices once your order is received, I will persoanlly contact you. Once you have all the items you would like to purchase in your cart you can begin the checkout process. If there are any promo codes that apply to your order please enter them on the checkout page. The cost of shipping will be calculated for you once you get to that step. payment and shipping
kt designs, handmade jewelry ⋆ photography ⋆ hand-painted glassware, is commited to packaging and protecting your purchase in the best possible and eco-friendly ways. When possible, items that are ordered together will be shipped together. For example, if you are purchasing a pair of earrings and a set of 4 wine glasses along with a photograph, I will do my best to ship all items together or at the very least, at the same time. I will adjust or refund the shipping costs to reflect any/ all savings in these instances. There will be occasions where this is not possible.
kt designs glassware is individually hand painted, dishwasher and microwave safe. Of course, hand washing is always best to preserve the life of your hand-painted glassware, however, the top rack of your dishwasher works just fine, too. Each item can be customized for free, for the perfect gift idea for any occasion.
Your order will be processed promptly and in most cases shipped within 3 to 5 business days after processing. kt designs is located in Lake Toxaway, North Carolina and I ship via USPS.

If you would like to pay by check you may do so, but your order will not start to be processed until the payment is received and the check clears.

I hope you will be very happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not, I do accept returns if I am notified within 7 days after you received the order. Custom items are not returnable unless damaged in shipping. However, I do guarantee my work on all handmade jewelry. If your jewelry item breaks or busts, for any reason, I will gladly repair it with the same beads, baubles and findings, if they are available, or with something that is suitable and similar, free of charge, for up to one (1) year of the purchase date. In this circumstance, the buyer does need to pay for shipping and handling, but no other fees will be charged. I want you to be happy and to have and wear your kt designs jewelry for years to come.
